Prestige Group plans to expand its luxury Golfshire brand beyond Bengaluru, announcing lavish golf-themed, resort-style residential projects in Goa, Lonavala, and Hyderabad.
Each development, spanning 300–400 acres on city outskirts, will feature an 18-hole golf course, high-end villas, luxury hotels, convention centres, and exclusive clubs. Inspired by the 275-acre Prestige Golfshire at Nandi Hills — which includes a JW Marriott, premium villas, and a golf course — these projects will target high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate executives seeking lifestyle-driven second homes.
In Lonavala, Prestige has partnered with Mumbai-based Valor Estate (formerly DB Realty) for a 400-acre site, with plans for golf villas, apartments, a luxury hotel, and potentially an education hub. Prestige already holds land in Goa and Lonavala, while Hyderabad land acquisition is underway. Demand for large-format luxury second homes has surged post-pandemic, with destinations like Alibaug and Lonavala witnessing rising interest from both developers and buyers.
