Puravankara Projects has joined hands with Desarrolladora Homex, S.A.B. de
CV, Mexico, for projects in the affordable entry-level housing segment.
Puravankara and Homex India, a subsidiary of Desarrolladora Homex, Mexico,
have signed an MoU, establishing the rules for a non-exclusive JV company. The
Mexico based company is a home developer specialising in building communities
for the affordable entry-level and low middle-income housing markets.
The JV's first project is expected to come up in Chennai.
