RMZ Group, a Bengaluru-based real estate firm, has partnered with MMRDA and the City & Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) to invest up to USD 30 billion in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region over the next decade.
The collaboration, announced at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos, aims to drive development in commercial real estate, logistics, and data centres. The initiative is expected to generate around three lakh work roles. RMZ will lead investment structuring, while MMRDA will support land identification and planning. CIDCO will assist with developing data centre and commercial projects in Navi Mumbai.
The projects are scheduled to begin in the 2026-27 financial year, with all necessary clearances and permissions facilitated by CIDCO. "Under this strategic partnership, RMZ will facilitate investments of up to USD 30 billion," the company stated.
