Raymond Realty has launched its first project-The Address by GS, Bandra to expand its presence beyond Thane through joint development agreements in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) region.

Strategically located at Nirmal Nagar, Bandra East, the project will have connectivity to prime locations like Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), Bandra-Worli Sea link and other popular locations. The new project is inspired by the major success of Thane's flagship project, The Address by GS, which has emerged as a bestseller in the premium category and is likely to be delivered two years ahead of its timeline.

The project, spread over 2.74 acres, will have an exclusive high-street retail space. It will have a mix of two, three, and four BHK apartments. Also, it will accommodate 30 world-class amenities, including a 16,000 sq. ft clubhouse.

Raymond Realty, a realty arm of Raymond Group, is eyeing a revenue of Rs 2,000 crore from the project. So far, the company has developed over 5,000 homes.
