Real estate developers, Ruparel Realty has launched two signature projects in Kandivali West, Mumbai.
In the affordable housing segment, the company has launched Phase-II of Ruparel Optima, while the other project, Ruparel Palacio will be a luxury property.
Ruparel Optima Phase-II will have a total of 40 storeys. The one BHK furnished apartment will cost Rs 53 lakh where customers can also avail of the benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).
A total of 446 houses will be offered in the affordable and premium segment. The project is entirely RERA compliant.
Phase-I of Ruparel Optima was launched in April 2017.
The luxury property, Ruparel Palacio is one of the first buildings in Mumbai’s western suburbs to offer two apartments per floor as well as a private elevator to each apartment.
The project will comprise two and three BHK apartments. The prices of these apartments will start from Rs 1.73crore and Rs two crore onwards.
