Rustomjee Group has launched two Net Zero Carbon Clubhouses at its first plotted development project, Rustomjee Belle Vue in Kasara, near Igatpuri.
The project has received the Carbon Net Zero Certification (Design) from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for its clubhouses and allied services. Situated in the serene Sahyadri Hills, Belle Vue emphasises sustainability with eco-friendly designs and renewable energy. The development features low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting systems, and bio-STPs to minimise freshwater dependency.
Additionally, treated wastewater is reused for landscape irrigation, and a Zero Waste to Landfill strategy ensures waste is effectively managed. All community infrastructure, including water pumps and security systems, will be powered by solar energy, reducing the carbon footprint. "Belle Vue reflects our long-term commitment to climate-conscious development," said Rustomjee Group. The project aims to extend its green certification to villas and other amenities in future phases, offering residents climate-resilient living amidst natural beauty.
