Rustomjee Group has launched 'Crescent', a luxury gated community at Pali Hill, Bandra, marking its third landmark project in this upscale Mumbai neighborhood after Parishram and The Panorama.

Spread across 1.2 acres, the project offers spacious three-and-four-BHK homes ranging from 1,400 to 2,000 sq. ft., along with penthouses and duplexes to cater to varied lifestyle preferences. The project is being developed in partnership with Mt. K Kapital as the project equity partner. Crescent emphasises community living, design, and tranquility.

Among its standout features is a 50-mtrs.-long infinity-edge pool connecting both towers—one of the longest in Pali Hill, along with a 24,000 sq. ft. landscaped area across three levels, including 15,000 sq. ft. of rooftop green space. Chairman and MD Boman Rustom Irani noted, “With Crescent, we’ve brought to Pali Hill spacious homes, large open spaces and amazing design.”
