South Eastern Coalfields (SECL) has ssued a tender for the development of a rehabilitation and resettlement (R&R) site at Utarda in the Dipka area in Korba district in Chhattiisgarh.

The work will be carried out on a turnkey basis and will include a defect liability period of five years. It includes earthwork for leveling and excavation at Gevra OCM, with HEMM for excavation, transportation, and compaction of 57,001.40 cubic meters of materials. It also involves the construction of a 7.5-mtrs. wide cement concrete road.  The estimated cost is Rs 44.64 crore and the development of the R&R site will include the construction of necessary amenities and infrastructure.The project is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe, with the contractor responsible for addressing any defects that arise within the five-year period.

The closing date for bid submision is 09 February, 2026.
