Salarpuria Group recently is planning
two projects in Bangalore as part of its retail foray, with an investment of
Rs.600 crore.
The malls will be spread across 4 lakh
and 7 lakh sq.ft each. The company also plans to develop retail related property
in Jaipur and Hyderabad Besides, the company is building hotels in both
Bangalore and Hyderabad, with an investment of Rs.150 crore in its hotel venture
in Bangalore, for which it is planning to enter into a 50:50 JV with Merrill
Lynch for funding.
In addition, Salarpuria joined Sattva
Group to launch a two and three-bedroom apartment project on Hosur Road,
Bangalore. The apartment project - Greenage - consists of 10 apartment towers,
comprising 1,672 flats, covering 21 acres of landscaped area.
