Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has entered the plotted development segment with a new residential project on a 105-acre land parcel near the proposed Purandar International Airport in Pune.
The land is owned by the group, and the company estimates revenue potential of around Rs 600 crore from the project. This move is part of the company’s strategy to expand its residential portfolio amid rising demand for plotted developments. The project will comprise 483 residential plots ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 sq. ft., aimed at both end users and investors. The plots will be offered as non-agricultural parcels with individual 7/12 extracts, allowing buyers to build independent villas. Around 70 percent of the project area has been earmarked for open and green spaces, and the site is surrounded by nearly 600 acres of forest land.
According to the company, the Pune Growth Corridor’s improving connectivity and infrastructure are driving strong residential demand, making this development a strategic addition to its portfolio.
