Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), in collaboration with Kreeva (a Kanodia Group venture) and ASK Property Fund, has launched a premium residential project ‘The Dualis’, in Sector-46, Gurugram.
The project comprises two high-rise towers with 198 luxury apartments and carries an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,400 crore over the next five years. Spread across 1.75 acres, the apartments range in size from 2,850 to 3,600 sq. ft. and are designed to cater to the growing demand for upscale housing in the NCR region. Each tower will rise approx. 150 mtrs., symbolizing modern architectural elegance and scale. This marks SPRE’s second project in Gurugram, following the earlier success of Joyville Gurugram in Sector -102.
CEO of SPRE and MD of Joyville Shapoorji Housing, Sriram Mahadevan, highlighted that this collaboration fuses institutional capital, market knowledge, and a legacy of construction excellence. Mayank Jain, CEO of Kreeva, expressed confidence in Gurugram’s market strength, calling the project a testament to the area's strong investment prospects.
SPRE, part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group,has a footprint of over 142 million sq. ft. across cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Kolkata.
