Signature Global plans to invest Rs 4,800 crore to develop a luxury housing project, ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate,’ on Dwarka Expressway, Sector 37D, Gurugram, covering 13.56 acres with 1,798 apartments.

As part of its business expansion amid strong consumer demand, the company is offering 50 percent of the units in the first phase, priced between Rs three to four crore each. Construction is expected to start soon, with project completion targeted by 2032. The company will largely fund the development through internal accruals, including customer advances. The project emphasises sustainability and wellness, aiming for Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Platinum certification, and features lifestyle amenities such as the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy.

The launch is expected to boost Signature Global’s annual sales bookings target to Rs 12,500 crore, and strengthen its position among India’s leading realty firms. Signature Global founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said, “The total investment in the development of this project is estimated at around ?4,800 crore.”
