Skyline Constructions plans to launch an exclusive luxury residential project
- Skyline Villa Maria - in Bangalore.
The total investment in the project including the cost of the land is
estimated to be Rs 100 crore. The project is to be funded through internal
accruals and buyers' advances.
The project is likely to have six exclusive apartments, priced between Rs 12
crore and Rs 22 crore. Each apartment will vary in size ranging between 6,500
and 10,500 sq ft area and each will have independent swimming pool, elevator
etc.
Construction work on the project has already begun with completion slated for
2013.
