Starworth Infrastructure & Construction (SICL) has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) for a major turnkey construction project at the Varnam Phase 1 within the One Bangalore Luxury Project (OBLP).
This project is located at Akalehahalli-Mallenhalli Village in the Devanahalli Taluk of Bengaluru Rural District, Karnataka. The scope of the project includes civil works, finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), and external development. The total value of the contract is Rs 509.52 crore, and the work is expected to be completed within 36 months.
One Bangalore Luxury Projects is the entity awarding the contract, which is a significant step forward for SICL in contributing to high-end real estate development in the region.
