Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has acquired a five-acre land parcel on Soukya Road in East Bengaluru to develop a new residential project. The company expects the project to generate revenue of Rs 500 crore upon completion. 

Soukya Road offers a blend of affordable plots and villas in a green, tranquil environment, with strong infrastructure connectivity, access to metro stations, IT corridors, and daily conveniences. These factors make it an attractive location for homebuyers and investors alike. Sumadhura operates across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, having delivered over 54 projects spanning 13 million sq. ft.
