Bengaluru-based real estate developer Sumadhura Group has launched its first plotted development project, 'Panorama', a luxury villa land community in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru.
Spanning over 100 acres, with the first phase covering 50 acres, the project offers 539 plots ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 7,000 sq. ft. The firm aims to generate a topline of Rs 1,500 crore, with Phase-1 completion expected by December 2027. Inspired by the cultural heritage of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Kerala, 'Panorama' blends traditional South Indian architecture with contemporary living.
'Panorama' will include a 45,000 sq. ft. premium clubhouse with sports, recreation, and social spaces. Additional amenities feature cycle stations, bicycle lanes, a mini-soccer ground, indigenous plantations, and leisure zones such as party lawns, a camping area, aromatherapy spaces, and farm-fresh gardens.
Sumadhura Group, which has delivered over 50 projects spanning 12 million sq. ft. and has 40 million sq. ft. in the pipeline, continues diversifying into commercial, warehousing, and co-living sectors. Devanahalli has become a prominent residential and commercial hub, accounting for 15 percent of North Bengaluru’s residential supply between 2016 and 2023, with 13,600 units added, as per property consultant Anarock.
