TARC Kailasa, a project launched by realty developer TARC in January 2024 in Central West Delhi with a total revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore, has seen positive response and Phase-I has already been sold out. The next phase will be launched in June 2024.
Additionally, TARC Tripundra, with a topline of over Rs 1,000 crore, witnessed sales and a price appreciation of nearly 75 percent since its launch. The structure is completed, and delivery to customers is anticipated within the next 12 months, ahead of schedule.
Moreover, the company is expected to launch a new project in Gurugram, Haryana with a total revenue potential of Rs 2,600 crore. The developer expects the pipeline and ongoing developments to exceed its presales guidance of Rs 5,000 crore in FY25. The project TARC Kailasa is spread over six-acre land parcel and will have five high-rise towers designed by Andy Fisher Workshop-Singapore, assuring comfort coupled with security, social infrastructure. The company has appointed Arabian Construction Company as its construction contractor.
TARC reported its highest ever pre sale of Rs 1,612 crore and collection of Rs 415 crore for FY24. The company continues to experience high demand in the luxury residential segment, particularly in Delhi and Gurugram.
