TRU Realty, led by former Kolte Patil CEO Sujay Kalele, is set to make its Mumbai foray with two premium residential projects in the Santacruz-Andheri corridor.
These developments, launching in September 2025, cover a combined area of 0.3 million sq. ft. and involve a total investment of around Rs 250 crore. With the projects receiving RERA approval, the company aims to generate revenue of approx. Rs 400 crore by 2028. This expansion comes amid a buoyant Mumbai real estate market, driven by rising disposable incomes and constrained land supply.
According to the company, these Mumbai projects are strategically located near key infrastructure such as Juhu Beach, Andheri Railway Station, and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Having previously launched successful projects in Pune, including the Rs 275-crore TRU Meadows and the Kekarav villa community, TRU Realty is now pursuing a multi-city footprint through urban redevelopment.
With over Rs 1,000 crore in assets under development and eight ongoing projects across Pune and Mumbai, the company positions itself as a forward-looking urban housing player.
