TVS Emerald has acquired a 10-acre land parcel in Sathnur, Bengaluru, with a development potential of 1.4 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue of Rs 1,600 crore. This marks the company’s fourth acquisition in the current financial year, bringing its total revenue potential from land deals in FY25 to Rs 5,300 crore.

Earlier, TVS Emerald acquired two land parcels in Chennai -12 acres on Radial Road and 4.8 acres in Padur, along with a four-acre plot in Thanisandra, Bengaluru. With these expansions, the company’s total development potential has now reached 8.2 million sq. ft. "We have been growing steadily with multiple acquisitions across Chennai and Bengaluru.

Director and CEO of TVS Emerald, Sriram Iyer emphasised the company’s commitment to strengthening its presence in key micro-markets and reinforcing its position as a trusted brand in the residential sector.
