TVS Emerald, the real estate arm of the TVS Group, has acquired a 7.18-acre land parcel near Rayasandra Lake in southeast Bengaluru for a new premium residential project. The company expects to generate revenue exceeding Rs 700 crore from the development.

"This site presents an excellent opportunity to develop a premium residential community, given its superior location and accessibility,"  Director and CEO of TVS Emerald, Sriram Iyer said. He emphasised that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its footprint in the city, one of India's fastest-growing real estate markets. 

The Rayasandra project marks TVS Emerald’s seventh major land acquisition in Bengaluru. The company cited the site’s proximity to Bengaluru’s IT corridor and rapid infrastructure development as key factors behind the strategic move. These features are expected to drive demand for high-quality residential options in the area.
