TVS Infrastructure Trust has inaugurated the expanded phase of its flagship Tarkeshwar Industrial & Logistics Park in Gurrampalem, Visakhapatnam, with an investment of Rs 250 crore.

The facility, strategically located along the Anakapalle Anandapuram Expressway (NH-16), offers direct access to Visakhapatnam Port, enhancing regional connectivity. The expansion, aimed at meeting growing demand for Grade A logistics spaces, is expected to generate over 1,000 work opportunities. The land for the project was allocated by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), and the project is managed by TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP). Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu formally inaugurated the expansion.

TVS ILP's Joint Managing Director, Ramnath Subramaniam, highlighted the region's strategic location and strong industrial ecosystem as key drivers for infrastructure investment. The park is designed to support diverse sectors including automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
