Tata Housing is planning to launch 10 million sq. ft. (msf) of residential projects over the next two to three years across various cities. Most of these projects will come up in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Bengaluru.
Further, the company plans to launch these primary projects in the next 24 months. With the launch of these residential projects, it anticipates to achieve an estimated revenue of Rs 16,000 crore.
Tata Housing is developing a 140 acre township project 'Carnatica' in a joint venture (JV) with M S Ramaiah Realty. In addition, the company would seek to launch several projects to tap this rise in demand as it is committed to further growth.
Tata Housing, which is part of Tata Realty & Infrastructure (TRIL), will launch projects in other Indian cities as well as the company intends to launch its second project in Male, Maldives.
In its commercial real estate segment, TRIL’s commercial office portfolio has doubled to 10 msf in the last five years, and another 10 msf is under design and execution.
