Ashiana Housing is setting up retirement homes under its 'Utsav' brand in
Lavasa City near Pune (Maharashtra) with an investment of around Rs 140 crore.
Utsav is to spread over 30 acre out of which 7.5 acre will be used for
building 250 villas and 250 apartments.
The 3BHK duplex villas consisting of up hill country and down hill country
are to have a carpet area of 1,770 sq ft and 1,739 sq ft. Both are to have
additional 2,925 sq ft and 3,375 sq ft garden area, respectively.
The 2BHK simplex villas comprising of upper villa and lower villa with a
carpet area of 1,146 sq ft and 1,125 sq ft. Both will have 800 sq ft and 820 sq
ft garden area, respectively.
The Phase I possession is to be handed over by October 2011.
