Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC) is mulling to launch its first
project in Bangalore in Karnataka by July 2010.
VBCH plans to develop 1,904 apartments over 16 acre. The apartments are
likely to be smaller in size - 350 sq ft for studio units, 450 sq ft for a
single bedroom unit and 620 sq ft for two bedroom units. The project is expected
to be completed 2012.
Plans are afoot to launch three more projects in Bangalore during the current
financial year.
