VGN Developers have launched its Rs 500 crore VGN Presidency project in Chennai. This way, it has entered the luxury apartment segment.
A part of the project has been financed by Edelweiss. The project is spread in 1.5 acre of land in the middle of the city. It comprises of 72 three-BHK apartments of around 3,500 sq ft in 15 floors, including a club house.
Residential property developer has paid Rs 195 crore for the land, which was earlier with BSNL. Also, the company is planning to develop a large project in Guindy, with an estimated cost of Rs 700 crore.
Last year, VGN Developers had raised over Rs 600 crore from Clearwater Capital and Piramal Group.
