Homegrown pipe manufacturer Welspun Corp (WCL) has won a major export order worth Rs 1,950 crore for the supply of coated longitudinal submerged arc welding (LSAW) line pipes and bends.
The order will be executed from India and fulfilled during FY26 and FY27. With this development, Welspun Corp’s consolidated global order book now stands at approx. Rs 19,300 crore, strengthening its position as a leading supplier in the global pipe market. The LSAW pipes ordered are essential for transporting liquids and gases and are widely used in both onshore and offshore pipeline infrastructure.
As WCL continues to expand its production capabilities and enhance value-added services, the company is expected to play a key role in upcoming energy projects worldwide.
