Realty company Bhutani Infra is developing a 15 million sq. ft. area in four projects in Noida as well as expanding out of the national capital region (NCR) for the first time in four locations.
Outside the NCR, the company is developing nearly 10 million sq. ft. in Goa, Uttarakhand, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. In addition, it is currently working on four projects in Noida, NCR, which include a high-end residential project in Sector-128, a mixed-use project in Sector-150, Cyberthum in Sector-104, and a shopping mall in Sector-133.
The total area under development is 15 million sq. ft. Cyberthum is expected to be the tallest office twin towers in North India and is likely to be ready by 2024. The Group with its upcoming projects seek to create commercial and residential projects.
Bhutani Infra has acquired plots in Haridwar, Ludhiana, Sancoale (Goa) and Lucknow, where it is now expanding apart from NCR and will launch these projects by June 2024 with the aim to deliver by 2028. In Sancoale, the project would be premium with independent villas and apartments in seven-storey buildings. There will be 700 swimming pools in the project, and every villa will have its own pool.
The project in Haridwar will have a luxury residential and shopping centre and would be near Har ki Paudi, while in Lucknow the Group is preparing for development along the Shaheed Path. So far, Bhutani Infra has delivered 16 projects in Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad in the NCR and is now expanding to Tier II cities.
