Himalaya Developers is constructing a residential-cum-commercial complex, Himalaya Falaknuma at Juhapura in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
The complex will come up over 63,235.31 sq mtr of land parcel, comprising nine towers of two level basement+hollow plinth+G+12 floors with 380 flats, 16 bungalows and 112 commercial units, with modern amenities.
The project is registered under Gujarat RERA. The work began in September 2017. The project was supposed to be completed by December 2020.
The Gujarat State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) granted environment clearance for the project in June 2019.
As per the latest information available with Projects Today, work on the project is underway and completion rescheduled for August 2024.
