Xanadu Realty has entered into a strategic partnership with the Ozone Group for their flagship project Urbana to accelerate growth and stimulate its foothold in the real estate market.
Xanadu Realty recently entered the property market in Bengaluru and Pune after successfully operating in Mumbai since its inception in 2016.
As part of its expansion strategy, Xanadu Realty has partnered with a real estate developer the Ozone Group.
Ozone Group are pioneers in integrated townships, developing plots, low and hi-rise apartments, along with senior living apartments at Ozone Urbana, Xanadu with Ozone Group are collaborating to offer integrated lifestyle homes of 200 acre eternal city.
The project is located adjacent to the Bengaluru International Airport, Karnataka, and the township is 25 minutes away from the heart of the city with connectivity to NH-7 highway and near the upcoming Metro and railway stations and NPS-NAFL school.
The project will be host to several lifestyle amenities within the premises ranging from 5.5 lakh sq ft of retail and F&B space.
The premises also has an upcoming 5-star hotel, an IoT enabled optic fibre infrastructure, world-class sporting facilities and over 1.3 lakh sq ft of recreational spaces with multiple clubhouses, swimming pools and much more. It will also include health and wellness facilities in collaboration with top wellness experts.
Ozone Urbana will offer a cluster Avenue apartment spread over 16 acre, with 22 towers -- a basement, ground and 11-12 floors above. It will have 1,034 spacious apartments with two/ three/four-bedroom houses and a servant's room.
