Zuari Infraworld India (ZIIL) has entered Hyderabad’s real estate market through a development management agreement with Gangothri Developers. The partnership will develop “Zuari Gangothri Tribhuja,” a premium residential project in Kollur, spanning 9.4 acres with an estimated cost exceeding Rs 1,500 crore.
The project will feature nine high-rise towers comprising 1,730 three-and-four-bedroom apartments, with a saleable area of approx. 3.8 million sq. ft. and a total development area of about 5.3 million sq. ft. A key highlight is a 1,00,000 sq. ft. clubhouse along with over 50 lifestyle amenities. “Hyderabad is one of the fastest growing cities with a bright future and we want to be a part of it,” Promoter of Zuari Group, Akshay Poddar said.
As the Development Manager, ZIIL will oversee the project, while Gangothri Group will handle construction. Strategically located near Outer Ring Road’s Exit 2, the project offers connectivity to Hitech City, Financial District and other key business hubs in Hyderabad.
