AIPL has launched its ultra-premium residential project, Riviera, at AIPL Lake City in Sector-103, Gurugram, along the Dwarka Expressway.
The project, spread across 5.14 acres, is part of a larger multi-phase development and is expected to generate an estimated revenue of Rs 1,500 crore. Riviera features two 43-story towers offering three-and-four BHK units, designed with nature-centric architecture and modern amenities. The development will provide expansive open spaces, wellness zones, sports facilities, and a serene Central Lake, all aimed at creating a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
With 80 percent of the project being open space, it emphasises sustainability with features like climate-responsive designs, solar-powered common areas, and on-site organic waste processing. AIPL’s President of Sales, Saurabh Shankar, said, “With Riviera, we envision rewriting the definition of luxury... intentional choices shaped by how modern families truly live.” Connectivity to key destinations like IGI Airport and Millennium City Centre Metro further enhances the project's appeal.
AIPL has partnered with top global and Indian consultants, including Morphogenesis, Aspect Studios, and Blink Design Group, to create a new standard in lakeside living at AIPL Lake City, Gurugram, The One Off (UK) for branding and signage and others. The project offers enhanced connectivity to key destinations like IGI Airport and Millennium City Centre Metro. AIPL is also collaborating with GMDA and MCG to upgrade and maintain local infrastructure as part of its long-term vision
