Capacite Infraprojects has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Great Value Realty for civil works at the Great Value Ekanam Project in Noida.

The contract valued at Rs 445 crore excluding GST, includes comprehensive civil and structural construction works, reflecting Capacite Infraprojects’ continued focus on large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. The project, situated at GH-02, Sector 107, Noida is part of Great Value Realty’s broader development in Noida, aimed at delivering premium residential and commercial spaces with high-quality construction standards.
