Umiya Buildcon has acquired a 20,000 sq. ft. plot in Bengaluru’s central business district (CBD) to develop an ultra-luxury residential project.

The planned development, with a built-up potential of 55,600 sq. ft., marks a strategic addition to Umiya's high-end real estate portfolio. The company aims to deliver a designled, boutique residential project in a premium location, aligning with its focus on limited inventory homes in Bengaluru’s prime micro-markets. The project is expected to contribute Rs 200 crore to the company’s balance sheet, driven by strong demand for luxury homes in a supply-constrained market.
