Waaree Energies, India’s largest solar photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturer, has received an order for a 150 MWp renewable power project from a reputed customer involved in the development and operation of renewable power projects in India.

Waaree will supply its high-efficiency Glass N-type Topcon bifacial solar modules, each rated at 585/590Wp. These modules are known for their durability, high energy output, and advanced technology, reinforcing Waaree’s commitment to innovation and quality. The modules are scheduled for delivery in the 2025-26 financial year.

Recognised as a Tier-I solar module manufacturer by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF), it operates an NABL-accredited testing laboratory, ensuring high standards in product quality. These achievements underscore Waaree’s dedication to advancing RE solutions and reducing carbon emissions.

The contract is set to enhance India’s renewable energy capacity, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and promoting environmental sustainability.
