Xanadu Realty has collaborated with Delta Group, Bhagwati Group, and Pyramid Group to launch a residential development in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

The project 'Celestria', spanning one million sq. ft. is valued at Rs 1,800 crore and will offer nearly 1,000 units of two-BHK, three-BHK, and four-BHK homes, with ticket sizes ranging from Rs 1.4 crore to Rs four crore.

Airoli is a growing residential hub in Navi Mumbai. With well-designed living spaces and prioritising offering of premium quality homes, this development is expected to redefine the residential landscape of the area.
