Afcons Infrastructure emerged as the lowest bidder for the HZ Infrastruktura d.o.o. project involving Rehabilitation & construction of a railway line in the Republic of Croatia.2. Afcons Infrastructure also declared the lowest bidder for the Croatian Motorways project, which involves the construction of the Metkovi%u0107%u2013Dubrovnik sector, specifically the Rudine%u2013Slano subsection (L = 9.0 km) of the A1 Motorway (Zagreb%u2013Split%u2013Dubrovnik).3. Mahalaxmi Infracontract secured the lowest bid for overburden (OB) removal work at Bharatpur OCP, Bharatpur Area, under Mahanadi Coalfields(MCL).4. Larsen & Toubro was declared the L1 bidder for the construction of a 220/132/33 kV GIS substation at Nandanpur, District Bankura, West Bengal.5. Ram Kumar Contractor emerged as the lowest bidder for the construction of a new four-lane road with paved shoulders from Dareota village to Kalar Bala village (design chainage km 33.175 to Km 41.000; length: 7.825 km), including a twin-tube tunnel (Package IIB) in Himachal Pradesh.STATESIn July 2025, a total of 668 domestic project contracts were awarded, with a combined value of Rs 56,821.92 crore across various states. The top three states in terms of awarded contract value were:%u2022%u0009Maharashtra: Led the tally with 77 contracts worth Rs 6,037.74 crore.%u2022%u0009Jharkhand: Secured the second position with 13 contracts totaling Rs 5,715.06 crore.%u2022%u0009Telangana: Ranked third, with contracts amounting to Rs 5,536.87 crore.OVERSEAS CONTRACTSIn July 2025, Indian companies secured six overseas contracts across sectors such as Water, Sewage & Effluent Treatment, Railway Wagon & Equipment, Power Distribution, and Business Complexes. These projects span multiple countries including Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, USA, and Oman, reflecting India%u2019s growing global infrastructure footprint.Key Highlights:1. Va Tech Wabag secured a contract for design, engineering, supply, construction, and commissioning of a 300 MLD Mega Desalination Plant at Yanbu, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.2. GPT Infraprojects bagged a contract for manufacture and supply of mono block pre-stressed concrete line sleeper for project in Bangladesh.3. Larsen & Toubro (L&T) bagged a contract for the construction of a premium office space in Muscat, Oman.4. KEC International bagged a contract for 500/ 400/ 220 kV overhead transmission lines in the overseas market.5.
