Jubilee Hills Landmark Projects, a joint venture between ICICI Venture, Nagarjuna Construction Company and Maytas Properties is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex at Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad district of Telangana.
The project worth Rs 1,500 crore will spread over six acre of land and comprise of residential tower with 315 flats, a five-star hotel comprising a building of three basements ground 15 floors with 324 rooms, four restaurants and four showrooms and parking space for 2,000 cars.
With the latest development tracked by Projects Today, around 15 percent work on the project was completed with completion scheduled for December 2020.
