ValueLabs is in the process of setting up a special economic zone (SEZ) at Kokapet on the city outskirts. The project will cost about Rs 200 crore and is going to be funded through internal accruals.
The Hyderabad-based company has already acquired seven acre of private land and SEZ will be developed in two phases. Each phase would comprise of 5,00,000 sq ft of office space. It is expected to be completed within the next five years.
Currently, ValueLabs owns one campus and two leased facilities in Hyderabad with a seating capacity of 4,500. In Chennai, it has a 200 seater centre and another one in Kuala Lumpur housing 100 professionals. Further, the company plans to open a 100-seater facility in Bengaluru which would be operational by the end of this financial year.
