The Empowered Committee on mega projects, Punjab, has accorded approval for
the Phase I of Super Mega Mixed Use Integrated Industrial Park being developed
by DLF Home Developers in Mullanpur Local Planning Area under Greater Mohali
Area Development Authority.
The park to spread over an area of 1,250 acre is to entail an investment of
Rs 2,700 crore. About 1,250 acre at Milak, Mastarh, Dhanaura, Togan, Tira,
Basnepur, Sangalan, Ratwara, Pantpur, Devinagar and Chuharmajra villages is to
be utilised for the project.
The empowered committee allowed the company to develop a residential area in
the first phase and it will be treated as a Housing Mega Project.
