Alka Projects has launched Phase II of its Wooded Glen Estates project at
Sattal in Nainital district of Uttarakhand.
The project area is nearly 5,000 ft above sea level. The three-storey luxury
resort apartments are expected to have an area of 450 sq ft and a starting price
of Rs 9.75 lakh. Each apartment is to have a great room with sliding partition
and a kitchenette. There will be four apartments on each floor. With Sattal
lake, several hills and a reserve forest in the vicinity, Wooded Glen Estates
will be located in a picturesque area.
