Gulshan Homz, a subsidiary of GC Group, is expected to unveil its new
affordable housing project christened 'Vivante' in Noida (Uttar Pradesh)
shortly.
The company plans to invest Rs 250 crore initially to launch projects in
residential and commercial segments in the next fiscal. The company intends to
raise fund in the form of term loan from Foreign Institutional Investors.
Plans are afoot to launch a residential project named Homes121 in Noida while
a retail-cum-commercial project is to co me up at Kota in Rajasthan.
