Mahindra Lifespace Developers is reportedly in the process of acquiring
around 4,000 acre in Chennai and Pune, where it intends to set up two more
business parks. The company is likely to acquire around 1,000 acre in Chennai
and around 3,000 acre in Pune.
The company already has two business parks spread over about 4,000 acre under
its commercial segment. The parks are operated under the brand Mahindra World
City, one each at Chennai and Jaipur.
Mahindra Lifespace Developers, part of the Mahindra Group, specialises in
both the residential housing and commercial development segments.
