Nitesh Estates of Bangalore proposes to launch a shopping mall with an area
of 7.5 lakh sq ft at Indira Nagar in Bangalore.
The company's Nitesh Hyde Park residential project is located at Bannerghatta
Road comprising 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 688 sq ft to
1,275 sq ft.
Nitesh Buckingham Gate, a super-luxury condominium of 12 apartments at
Lavelle Road, and Nitesh Garden Enclave -a built-to-suit corporate housing
enclave for ITC have been completed.
The company is expected to complete Nitesh Forest Hills located in Whitefield
by April 2010. This is a 284-units 2-3 BHK apartment project near International
Tech Park.
Meanwhile, Nitesh is in the process of launching projects in Goa, Kochi and
Chennai.
It is coming up with a high-end villa project on the banks of the river Sol
in Cavellosim, Goa. The company has also decided to develop a RitzCarlton Hotel
and Residences in Chennai.
