DB Realty, Ackruti City and Pune-based Kakade Group are vying to redevelop
the government employee's colony at Bandra (E) in Mumbai.
The project is to be spread across 96 acre. After redevelopment, around 30
acre is likely to be used to relocate the existing occupants and the balance 60
acre will be available for various other purposes, including commercial. The
Maharashtra Government has accorded approval for the project.
