Anant Raj Industries proposes to launch a residential project in Manesar,
Haryana by end-April 2010.
The mid-income housing project is likely to be spread over 4.5 million sq ft,
and the company is expected to offer 575 flats in Phase I. The unit sizes will
be in the range of 1,650-2,000 sq ft.
The company is also looking to launch its residential project in Delhi in the
next two months with 80 luxury apartments spread over 0.2 million sq ft.
