DLF is likely to launch two housing projects in Mumbai soon.
The company is likely to launch a two million sq ft development as a slum
rehabilitation project in JV with Ackruti City and Shapoorji Pallonji. This JV
project is expected to be a luxury one, priced at about Rs 25,000 per sq ft.
The second residential project is likely to come up at Lower Parel where the
company was earlier planning to build a retail mall. The project will have 4
million sq ft of development space.
