Mumbai headquartered Usha Breco Realty, a subsidiary of the Usha Martin
Group, is expected to launch its housing project at Boisar, near Mumbai.
Named Chhaya Niwas, the mega housing project, is likely to come up with a
total outlay of Rs 100 crore.
Chhaya Niwas will be developed in a greenfield space with eco-friendly
aspects and will comprise 560 housing units spread across 12 acre. The entire
complex will be developed and delivered in two phases. Each block is to have G+2
floors.
The project is designed by Premnath & Associates and will offer 1 and 2 BHK
apartments.
