Assotech plans to set up an integrated township between Cuttack and
Bhubaneswar in Orissa.
The township is to be set up on an area of 40-50 acre between the two cities,
close to NH-5. It will be a residential-cum-commercial complex with facilities
like shopping malls, swimming pools and play schools for kids.
The township will offer two and three BHK flats at affordable rates. The
investment and other project specific details of the township are yet to be
worked out. Currently, Assotech is in the process of acquiring land for the
township project.
