The Lucknow based Suraj Group has launched its 'Suraaj City' housing project
on the Lucknow-Faizabad highway.
The Rs 500-crore project to spread over 15 lakh sq ft is located around 50 km
from Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh. The township is likely to comprise around 1,500
housing units measuring between 800 and 1,000 sq ft.
As per sources, the group will raise a loan of around Rs 300 crore from banks
for the project, while remaining funds will be sourced from internal accruals.
