Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation (KPTCL) has issued a tender for the establishment of multiple power substations and associated transmission lines across various locations in Karnataka.
The work includes installation of 2x160 MVA, 220/110kV and 1x10 MVA, 110/11kV substations at Baidoddi, along with associated transmission lines and transformers. The scope also covers a 2x20 MVA, 110/11kV substation at Ashapur Road and the construction of a 110kV LILO line, installation of 2x20 MVA, 110/11kV substation at Pamanakallur and the construction of a 110kV LILO line, as well as establishment of 2x20 MVA, 110/11kV substation at Kyadigera.
The total value of the contract is Rs 204.05 crore. The project aims to enhance the power distribution infrastructure in the state to meet growing demand and improve service reliability.
The closing date for the submission of bids is 16 December, 2025.
